Just as it was around most of the world, this past winter season was long and cold. A few months ago, I would never have guessed that Franche-Comté, the place where I've lived for the past 10 months, is the labeled as the greenest region in France. All those melting snowflakes, cloudy days, and wet spring showers have certainly brought a bright, lush, beautiful green summer! Now that I'm leaving this place *oh so soon,* I am more and more overwhelmed with its beauty. I hope this isn't photo overload for ya! Enjoy these green snaps:
